Our Year 6 visit to the mosque is an important event in our calendar. Coming from a school with little ethnic diversity, it is really important for the children to be able to experience first-hand different cultures and religions to broaden their understanding and build upon or RE lessons. The Imam, Sheikh Fazle Abbas , is always so welcoming and engaging; the children really enjoy the visit. Thank you
Thank you for accommodating our visit to the mosque. The children were really inspired by your delivery and shared their experience with children from other year groups. Some of the children spoke during an assembly and they also produced some writing - some of which is on a display board at the front of the school for our community to see.
